Managing Partner
Kenneth Sarfo
Mr Kenneth Sarfo is Chartered Accountant, a License Auditor and a practitioner. He is a goal oriented, versatile and result driven Accountant with over 9 yrs. post qualification experience in accounting auditing, finance management and taxation within international, multinational and local companies. Mr. Sarfo is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds MBA in accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies Accra.

Enoch Ndaa Asante
Enoch Ndaah Asante, CA
Partner, Financial Advisory & Business Consulting
Enoch started his professional career with the
Department of National Lotteries (now National Lottery
Authority) as an Accountant in Cape Coast where he
worked for about less than a year between December
2006 an August 2007. He moved to the National Media
Commission as the Head of the Internal Audit
Department between September 2007 and June 2013.
He has proudly worked with some international
companies including Uni-Span Ghana Ltd for over 10
years where he was the director of finance and
administration during that period. He helped move the
performance of Uni-Span Ghana Limited from a small
organisation to the topmost company in the formwork
and scaffolding industry in Ghana.
At Ascon Chartered Accountants firm, Enoch is the Lead
Partner in charge of Financial Advisory and Business
Consulting Services.
Enoch is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants Ghana (ICAG) and holds a Master of
Business Administration in Accounting and Finance
degree from the University of Professional Studies,
Accra. He also holds a BSc Business Administration
(Accounting Option) from the Kwame Nkrumah
University of Science and Technology, Kumasi

Ellen Amo-Tachie
Ellen is a chartered accountant and a chartered tax practitioner with several years of experience in accounting, audit and tax in diverse industries like insurance, mining support services, agriculture, manufacturing, telecommunications, education, microfinance, real estate, transport and logistics, et al for both local and multinational companies. She is the Finance Manager with a logistics company incorporated in Ghana with operations both within Ghana and the West African sub-region. She has worked in public practice for several years with Grant Thornton International’s correspondent firm, Boateng, Offei, & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in audit and tax. She is currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA-Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT-Ghana), and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). She holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the International University of Applied Sciences, Germany

Yaw Owusu
Mr. Yaw Owusu-Afriyie is an accomplished chartered accountant and auditor with over seven (7) years of working experience in successfully managing all stages of financial and operational audits with vast experience in accounting processes. His audit and accounting experience cuts across industries such as reinsurance brokerage, rural banking, retailing, fund management, educational institutions, hospitality and FMCG. He also possesses experience in the Ghanaian commodities sector by handling the finance operations in commodities such as cocoa, cashew, sesame and soya beans. Yaw holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Accounting degree from Valley View University, graduating with first-class honours and being adjudged as the best-graduating accounting student in 2016. Mr. Owusu-Afriyie is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has also completed the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) final exams and is a Final One student of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.
